1. Introduction

• Jurisdiction: You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawful. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of 55bmw2 complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, whether imposed by 55bmw2 or by any regulatory authority, at the time of registration or use.
• One Account Per Person: You may hold only one (1) active 55bmw2 account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.

55bmw2 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued Philippine identification document. Failure to provide satisfactory proof may result in account suspension or closure.

3. Account Registration

To access the full features of the 55bmw2 Platform, you must register a personal account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
• Keep your 55bmw2 Login credentials — including your username and password — strictly confidential. You must not share your credentials with any third party.
• Notify 55bmw2 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
• Accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account, whether or not authorized by you.

55bmw2 reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects that the information provided is inaccurate, fraudulent, or in violation of these Terms.

3.1 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

As part of its compliance obligations, 55bmw2 may require you to complete a Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification process before processing withdrawals or granting access to certain features. KYC verification may require you to submit a copy of a valid government-issued Philippine identification document (such as a PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, or UMID), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. 55bmw2 will process KYC documents in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

55bmw2 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals by Philippine-based users: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), and bank transfer via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit card deposits are also accepted where supported by the issuing bank.

4.1 Deposits

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method. 55bmw2 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Processing times vary by payment method: GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within one (1) business day; bank transfers may take two (2) to five (5) business days depending on the receiving bank. 55bmw2 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending completion of KYC verification or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on the 55bmw2 Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). 55bmw2 does not accept or process transactions in cryptocurrency of any kind.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

55bmw2 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives to registered users from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be communicated at the time the offer is made. General conditions applicable to all 55bmw2 bonuses include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered users only. 55bmw2 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise stated.
• 55bmw2 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or circumvent bonus terms — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting, or other fraudulent means — will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.

6. Gameplay Rules

All games available on the 55bmw2 Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By placing a wager, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules. In the event of a discrepancy between the game display and the 55bmw2 server records, the server records shall prevail.

55bmw2 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all applicable games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted by trained dealers in real time and are subject to the rules displayed within the live game interface.

7. Prohibited Conduct

8. Responsible Gaming

• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the 55bmw2 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, and user interface elements — is the property of 55bmw2 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of 55bmw2.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 55bmw2 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

55bmw2 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, to the fullest extent permissible under applicable law.

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, 55bmw2's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

11. Privacy

55bmw2 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

12. Termination

55bmw2 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification, or inactivity for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.

Upon termination, any real-money balance remaining in your account (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification and deduction of any amounts owed to 55bmw2.

You may close your 55bmw2 account at any time by contacting customer support. Account closure requests are processed within five (5) business days. Closing your account does not affect any rights or obligations that arose prior to closure.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 55bmw2 Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Where applicable, 55bmw2 operates in compliance with the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) for online gaming operations in the Philippines.

14. Amendments

55bmw2 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. When material changes are made, 55bmw2 will notify registered users via the email address associated with their account and/or by posting a prominent notice on the Platform. The date of the most recent revision will be indicated at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the 55bmw2 Platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 12.
